Refund & Returns Policy for Bigs Cart

Welcome to Bigs Cart. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is missing parts or accessories
  • The return request is raised within 3–7 days of delivery (recommended: 5 days)

Important Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Original tags, invoice, and accessories must be included
  • Proof (photo/video) may be required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (after delivery)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Personal care or hygiene items
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@bigscart.com
  2. Provide:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photo/video proof (if applicable)

Once approved:

  • Our courier partner will arrange pickup
  • In some cases, you may need to self-ship the product

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the product is:

  • Received and inspected
  • Approved by our quality check team

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI

Timeline:

  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days after approval

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy (Important)

To maintain efficient operations and reduce misuse:

  • Orders with incorrect address or unreachable customers may be marked as RTO
  • Customers who repeatedly cancel or refuse orders may:
    • Be restricted from Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Be required to place prepaid orders only

👉 Note: Shipping charges for RTO orders may be deducted from refunds (if applicable)

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

8. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free only for defective/wrong products
  • For other cases, shipping charges may be deducted
